The buyer and the seller (customer and performer) agree on the transaction through the guarantor service "Guarantor of Obligations". The parties discuss the subject and terms of the safe transaction agreement, choose a payment system, currency, barter. If necessary, the guarantor of transactions enters into an agreement with the parties.
The buyer (customer) transfers funds or goods to the guarantor of the transaction. This can be done in several ways: in cash, by bank transfer to an account or card, by transfer through electronic payment systems, by cryptocurrency, courier services or in person. The guarantor confirms the receipt to the seller (performer).
The seller transfers the goods to the buyer or provides a service to the customer in a convenient way, according to the terms of the transaction. The guarantor checks the dispatch of the goods (provision of services).
The buyer (customer) receives a product or service. Checks quality and quantity. Confirms receipt to the guarantor, agrees or refuses to complete the transaction. In case of refusal, the buyer returns the goods to the seller (the customer resolves the issue with the contractor about compensation for the service that did not suit him). The guarantor can act as an arbiter in the settlement of issues, taking into account the rights and obligations of both parties.
The guarantor of the transaction transfers money or goods to the seller (executor) in any convenient way, withholding 3% (1% for transactions over 1 million rubles) of the amount or its equivalent in case of a successful transaction. In disputable situations, the "Guarantor of Obligations" resolves the issue with the parties to the transaction and returns the transferred funds or goods to the buyer (customer) without deducting a commission. The secure transaction has been completed.
